HOW TO LOG IN

Step 1 – If a user wants to gain access to their online bank account they should go to the bank`s Homepage where they should look for `Online Banking Center` where thy need to enter their `Access ID` and then click Login`.

 

 

Forgotten User ID/Password

Step 1 – If a user can not remember the password to their online bank account they should go to the bank`s Homepage where they should look for `Online Banking Center` where thy need to click `Enroll`. A pop up window will appear and here the user must click `Proceed`.

 

 

Step 2 – The user is now required to enter their `Access ID`, `Last Four Digits Of Tax ID`, and Email Address` and then click `Submit`.

 

 

If the user can not remember any of their other login details they will need to contact the bank either by calling 1 (920) 563-2478 or by visiting their `Bank Branch`.

 

HOW TO ENROLL

Step 1 – If a user wants to enroll into their online bank account they should go to the bank`s Homepage where they should look for `Online Banking Center` where thy need to click `Enroll`. A pop up window will appear and here the user must click `Proceed`.

 

 

Step 2 – The user must now enter their `Access ID` and `Password`, select the type of banking they wish to enroll in and then click `Submit`.
