HOW TO LOG IN

Step 1 – If a user wants to login they need to go to the bank`s Homepage and hover their cursor over `Sign Up` which is towards the top right of the page. A drop down menu will appear and from this must click `Personal`.

Step 2 – The user must now enter their `User ID` and Password` and then click `Login`.

Forgotten User ID/Password

Step 1 – If a user can not remember their login details they need to go to the bank`s Homepage and hover their cursor over `Sign On` towards the top right of the page. A drop down menu will appear and from this they need to click `Personal`.

Step 2 – Now they must click `Forgot Username/Password`.

Step 3 – If they can not remember their password they need to enter their `Telephone Number` and `Username` and then click `Send Me A New Password`.

Step 4 – Now they must enter their `Email Address` and then click `Send`.
