HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1 – Begin by navigating to the FirstMerit Online Home Page. Upon reaching their site, a blue bar with a drop-down tab and a user name text box should be visible. Enter your user name and click the brown/gold “Log In” button to continue.
Step 2 – Next, you will be brought to a page that will require you to validate your account in order to log in. Follow the FirstMerit’s login instructions to log into your account.
HOW TO REGISTER
Step 1 – Go to the FirstMerit Online Home Page and click on the brown/gold “Log In” near the top of the page.
Step 2 – After selecting the button, scroll down and look to the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. A small box titled “Support Center” should be visible. Click the blue, underlined “Enroll” text to be brought to the next step of the registration process.
Step 3 – On the next page, you will need to enter pieces of your personal information, create options for your account, and select certain options. After you have completed all of the required fields, check the agreement box and click the brown/gold “Submit” button to apply for a FirstMerit Online Banking Account.
