Janesville State Bank Online Banking Login

Step 1 – Go to www.janesvillestatebank.com – From the home page enter your Access ID and Password into the appropriate fields at the top right side of the page inside the “Online Banking Login” box


Step 2 – Once you’ve entered your login information, click the “Login” button. This will take you to your personal online banking account where you will be able to review your balances and even conduct your own transactions.


Forgotten Password – Inside of the “Online Banking Login” box click the “Forgot Your Passcode?” link. You will be taken to the “Online Banking Passcode Reset” page where you will enter:

  • Your Access ID
  • Social Security Number
  • Account number
  • Click “Submit”

After you submit your information you will be guided to a separate page where you will answer security questions and will then have the opportunity to reset your password.


Step 1 – If you’re prepared to enroll for online banking, begin by going to This Page – You must begin by reviewing the “Internet Banking and Bill Payment Agreement” and agree to it at the end of the page once you’ve completed your review. You may not acquire an online account without this agreement.

Step 2 – Ater you have reviewed and agreed to the “Internet Banking and Bill Payment Agreement” you must acknowledge you have read the agreement by clicking the acknowledgement statement at the bottom of the page. You will then be taken to the second step of your enrollment and must provide the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your Non-US address (if any)
  • Address
  • City
  • State (select from the drop down box)
  • Zip or Postal code
  • Day phone
  • Evening phone
  • Email address
  • Verify e mail address
  • Referred by (if anyone)
  • Enter any special instructions into the block provided
  • Social Security Number or TIN
  • Account holder’s birth date (mm/dd/yyyy format)
  • Mobile number
  • Alternate phone number for contact
  • Verify a second email address
  • Answer the account statements question by checking the appropriate bubble

Accounts – If you would like to view all of your accounts in your online banking location, provide the following in formation:

  • Account number of each account
  • The nickname assigned
  • The account type of each account (select from the drop down box)
  • Indicate by checking the “bill pay” box next to each account, if you would like payments made from your online checking account

Once you’ve provided this information Click “continue”. You will be prompted through the remainder of your enrollment process privately as you choose Access ID, passwords and set up personal security. As soon as enrollment is complete, you will be able to go to the home page, enter your Access ID and Password. You will then be directed to your online banking services where you will be able to review and do your your banking privately 24 hours per day
