Forgotten User ID/Password

Step 1 – If a user can not remember their password they will need to go to the bank`s Homepage and look for `Online Banking` towards the top left of the page. Here they need to click the link `Forgot Your Password?`.

Step 2 – Now they must enter their `Telephone Number ` and `Username` and then click `Send Me A New Password`.

Step 2 – The user must now look for `I Forgot My User ID` at the top of the page. Here they need to enter their `Email Address` and then click `Send Now`.

Step 1 – If a user needs to login they will need to go to the bank`s Homepage and look for `Online Banking` towards the top left of the page. Here they need to click the link `Enroll Now`.

Step 2 – The user must now click link `Enroll Now`.

Step 3 – Now they are required to complete the `Blank Fields` and then click `Continue`.
