HOW TO LOG IN

Step 1 – To enter their online account users must go to the banks Homepage and click on the link ´Online Banking Login´ at the top of the menu on the right side of the page.

Step 2 – On the next page the user will need to enter their ´Access ID´ and then select the relevant type of login from the drop down menu. Next the user must click ´Submit´.

Forgotten User ID/Password

Step 1 – If an account holder can not find or remember their login details they can complete an online form found by hovering the cursor over the link ´General information´ which is third from the right in links bar at the top of the page, and then clicking ´Online Secure Forms´.

Step 2 – Page two shows a list of secure forms from which the user must click on ´Contact Us´.

Step 3 – The third page to appear contains blank fields which must be completed with´´Name, ´MI´ and either ´Email Address/Telephone Number´. Then the user must click ´Submit´.
