HOW TO LOG IN

Step 1 – If a user wants to log in they will need to go to the bank`s Homepage and click on the `Three White Bars` towards the top left of the screen. A drop down menu will appear and from this the user should click `Online Banking`.

 

Step 2 – Next the customer must enter their `User ID` and then click `Continue`

HOW TO ENROLL

Step 1 –  If a user wants to enroll they will need to go to the bank`s Homepage and click on the `Three White Bars` towards the top left of the screen. A drop down menu will appear and from this the user should click `Online Banking`.

 

Step 2 – Next the user should click the link `Personal Enrollment Form`.

 

Step 3 – The user must scroll down to the bottom of the page and then click `I Agree`.

 

Step 4 – Now the user is required to complete the `Blank Fields`, enter the randomly generated code and then click `Submit`.
