HOW TO LOG IN
Step 1 – Users who wish to log in to Beneficial Bank online banking must go to the banks Homepageand use the ´Online Banking´ facility at the bottom left of the page where users must enter their ´Customer ID´ and ´Password´ and then click ´Login´
Forgotten customer ID/password
Step 1 – If a user forgets their customer ID they must click on the relevant link below ´Forgot´ which is ´ID´. This is to the right of the ´Online Banking´ facility on the homepage.
Step 2 – Users are directed to a second page where they must click the link ´I Forgot My Username´ at the lower right side of the page.
Step 3 – Users are directed to a third page where they must enter their email address in the blank field and then click ´Send´.

Step 2 – Users are directed to a second page where they must enter their phone number which the bank already has a record of and then their username in the blank fields. Then they must click on ´Send Me A New Password´
HOW TO ENROLL
Step 1 – If an existing account holder wishes to start banking online they must first enroll. To do this they must click the link ´Sign Up Now´ which is to the right of the ´Online Banking Facility´ on the homepage.
Step 2 – Users are directed to a second page where they must click ´Begin´ at the bottom of the page.
Step 3 – Users are directed to a third page where they must complete the blank fields with the relevant personal information and then click ´Continue´.
