HOW TO LOG IN

Step 1 – If a user wants to login they need to go the bank`s Homepage where they should look for `Online Banking` towards the top right of the page. Now they must select the type of login they require and enter their `Access ID` and then click `Login`.

Forgotten User ID/Password

Step 1 – If a user can not remember their password they need to go to the bank`s Homepage and look for `Online Banking` towards the top right of the page. Just below this they must click the link `Password Help`.

Step 2 – The user must now enter their `Access ID`, Tax ID` and their `Email Address` and then click `Submit`.

If the user can not remember any of their other login details they will need to contact the bank, either by visiting their `Bank Branch` or by calling the bank on 1-505-992-2000.

HOW TO ENROLL

Step 1 – If a user wants to Enroll they need to go the bank`s Homepage where they should look for `Online Banking` towards the top right of the page. Now they must click `Enroll Now`.

Step 2 – The user must now scroll to the bottom of the page and click `I Consent`.

Step 3 – The user must again scroll to the bottom of the page and this time click `Accept`. This is to show they understand the bank`s terms and conditions.

Step 4 – The user must now fill in their details in the `Blank Fields` and then click `Submit`.
