HOW TO LOG IN

Step 1 – If a user wants to login they need to go to the bank`s Homepage and look for `Netteller Online Banking` at the top left of the page.  Here they need to enter their `User ID` and then click `Go`.

 

Forgotten User ID/Password

Step 1 –  If a user can not remember their password they need to go to the bank`s Homepage and look for `Netteller Online Banking` at the top left of the page.  Here they need to click the link `Reset Password`.

Step 2 – The user must now enter their `Netteller ID`,  Email Address` and `Email Subject` and then click `Continue`.

If a user can not remember any of their other login details they need to contact the bank either by telephone on 1 (731) 635-1230 or by visiting their `Bank Branch`.

HOW TO ENROLL

Step 1 – If a user wants to enroll they need to go to the bank`s Homepage and look for `Netteller Online Banking` at the top left of the page.  Here they need to click on `Enrollment Form`.

Step 2 – The user must now scroll down the page and then click `I Agree` to show they understand the bank`s terms and conditions.

Step 3 – The user must now complete the `Blank Fields` and then click `
