Step 1 – If a user wishes to login they are advised to go to the bank`s Homepage where they can click on the link at the top left of the page `I-Bank`.

Step 2 – The user must now enter their `Access ID` and select the type of log in they require from the drop down menu and then click on `Submit`.

Forgotten User ID/Password

Step 1 – If a user has  forgotten their login details  they are advised to go to the bank`s Homepagewhere they can click on the link at the top left of the page `I-Bank`.

Step 2 – Next the user must click the link `Forgot My Password`.

Step 3 –  The user must now enter their `Access ID` and then click Submit`.
