HOW TO LOGIN

Step 1 – Go to www.bankofbillings.com – Once you’ve arrived to the home page, click the “Online Banking Login|Register” button at the top right side of the page. You will be taken to the “Login to my account” page where you will enter your Username and Password.

 

 

Step 2 – After you have entered your online banking credentials, click the “Log In” button. This will allow access to your online banking account, where you will be able to review your account and do business privately

Forgotten Password – In the event that you are unable to remember your password, from the “Login to my account” page click the “I can’t access my account” link. This will take you to the “Can’t access your account?” page and enter the following:

  • The telephone number that is associated to your account
  • Enter your username

Click the “Send me a new Password” button. You will be sent a new password in email. Once you receive it, you may change your password to something you can remember easily. This will allow you to regain access to your online banking account with your Username and Password

HOW TO REGISTER

Step 1 – If you have not yet had the opportunity to register for online banking services, go to the top of the home page and click the “Register” link contained within the “Online Banking: Login|Register” box at the top right side of the page. This link will guide you to the “Internet Banking Registration” page where you will begin your registration process. If you have an account with the bank, click the “Begin” button.

 

 

 

Step 2 – You will be directed to the second page of your Internet Banking Registration where you must complete all required fields with the following information:

Account Holder Personal Information –

  • Select your title (Mr. Mrs. Dr. etc select from the options in the drop down box)
  • First name
  • Middle initial
  • Last name
  • Suffix (Jr. Sr. I, II, III etc)
  • Account holder’s Social Security Number or TIN
  • Mother’s Maiden name
  • Address
  • City
  • State (select from the drop down box)
  • Zip Code
  • Country
  • Foreign Postal Code (if any)

Phone numbers

  • Home phone
  • Work phone
  • Other (alternate phone ie: cell/mobile)
  • Email address

Customer Number and Password

  • Customer number
  • Select a Password (check the link for password guidelines)
  • Re-Enter Password

Secondary Account Holder

  • Select your title (Mr. Mrs. Dr. etc select from the options in the drop down box)
  • First name
  • Middle initial
  • Last name
  • Suffix
  • Social Security Number
  • Click “Continue

You will now be guided privately through the remainder of your registration process, confirming information you’ve provided and agreeing to the bank’s disclosure information. After completion of your registration, you will be able to use your Username and Password to enter your online banking account to do your banking business
