HOW TO LOGIN

Step 1 – Go to www.bankofnm.com – Once you are on the home page, at the top center of the page, click the “Online Banking Login” link. This will take you to the “Login to NetTeller” page. Enter your NetTeller ID and click “Submit.” Once you’ve submitted your ID you will be taken to a separate page where you will securely enter your password.

 

 

Step 2 – After entering and submitting your login information, you will be directed to your Online Banking services page. You may begin reviewing your account information and conducting any needed transactions.

Forgotten Password – If you aren’t able to remember your password go to the “Reset Password”page which is identical to the login page but will guide you to a link on the password page where you will be able to go through the security steps. Once you’ve completed the prompts in the system, you will be asked to reset your password. You will then regain access to your account.

HOW TO ENROLL

Step 1 – When you’re ready to enroll in online banking, you will need to either call your local branch or walk into your local branch to enroll. Once all of your information is verified you will be contacted by the bank at the email address they have on file for you

 

 

Step 2 – Once you’ve enrolled and have been contacted, you will be provided with a NetTeller ID and Password. You will then be able to login to your Online Banking account and conduct banking business.
