HOW TO LOG IN

Step 1 – Users who wish to access online banking must go to the banks Homepageand look for the ´Online Banking´ facility towards the top left of the page. Users are next required to select the type of banking they wish to log in to from the drop down menu, then to enter their ´Access ID´ and then click ´Login.

Forgot access ID/password

Step 1 – If a user forgets their password they must click on the ´Help´ link below the ´Online Banking´ facility. This will redirect users to a second page which they must scroll down where they click on the link ´Forgot Your Password´.

Step 2 – Users are directed to a second page where they must complete the blank fields and then click ´Submit´.

If a user forgets their user ID they must visit their ´Local Branch´ for further advice. They must take personal identification with them.
