HOW TO LOG IN

Step 1 – If the user would like to log in to their online account they will be required to go to the bank`s Homepage where they should scroll down the page until they find `Online Banking` towards the left of the page. Here they should select the type of banking they require, enter their `Username` and then click `Login`.

 

Forgotten User ID/Password

Step 1 – If the user would like to log in to their online account they will be required to go to the bank`s Homepage where they should scroll down the page until they find `Online Banking` towards the left of the page. Here they should click on the link `Forgot Passcode`.

 

Step 2 – The user is now required to enter their `Access ID`, `Last Four Digits Of Social Security Number` and `Email Address` and then click `Submit`.

 

If a user can not remember any of their other login details they will need to contact the bank, either by telephone on 1 (800) 528-1955 or by visiting their `Bank Branch`.

HOW TO ENROLL

Step 1 – If the user would like to enroll in to their online account they will be required to go to the bank`s Homepage where they should scroll down the page until they find `Online Banking` towards the left of the page. Here they should click the link `Enroll`.

 

Step 2 – The user must now enter their `Access ID` and `Password`, select the type of enrollment they need from the drop down menu and then click `Submit`.
