HOW TO LOGIN

Step 1 – Go to www.bankofnewmadrid.com – At the top right side of the page, in the “E-Banking Login” box, you would enter an Access ID and Passcode. Click “Login”

 

 

Step 2 – Once you’ve entered your login credentials and logged in, you will be taken to your Online Bank account. There you will be able to conduct any reviews and transactions.

Forgotten Password – On the banks home page, located at the bottom of the “E-Banking Login” box click the “Forgot Passcode” link. This will take you directly to an “Online Banking Passcode Reset” page. Enter the following:

  • Your Access ID
  • Your SSN or TIN
  • An account number from any one of the accounts you have with the bank
  • Click “Submit”

Once you’ve entered your information, they system will prompt you through some security information to protect your information. Once completed you will again have access to your account.

HOW TO ENROLL

Step 1 – When you’re ready to enroll, start by going to This Page – Before you are allowed to proceed with enrollment you must read, acknowledge and agree to the “Electronic Disclosure Consent Form.” There are 2 pages that you must acknowledge and agree to. After you click “I Agree” on the second page, you will be forwarded to an”Online Internet Enrollment Form.” Complete the form’s required fields. Click “Continue.” You will then be prompted to set up security on your account.

 

 

Step 2 – If you’ve successfully completed your online banking enrollment, you may now login to your account with your Access ID and Passcode, enter your Online Banking page and proceed to do your banking business any time day or night.
